Second Quarter Confirmation Code process

We are now preparing to issue confirmation codes to 261 paid up members.

Many companies are finding that their programs are locking while on the Automatic confirmation process.  This can be quite alarming and time consuming to rectify.  We therefore advise all MYOB user group members to turn Automatic Confirmation OFF and rely on the group for calculated confirmation codes.

We have now had the code calculation program upgraded to run confirmation codes more reliably.  We have yet to find a version of the MYOB software that we cannot confirm.

    I accidentally left the old company file code in and therefore received an unusable confirmation code. I hadn't been aware that the company file code does NOT stay the same throughout the lifetime of the software. I changed the company file code in my profile, and I do hope I'll receive a usable confirmation code now. Otherwise it would be rather devastating if - because of this minor error - I could now no longer use my accounts for this financial year.

      New Confirmation codes were run yesterday and placed on the MYOB Usergroup website. Please log in and enter the new code provided. If this doens't work then either phone or email info@myobusergroup.co.uk rather than run the dialogue through this Blog.

      A note to all..... please take great care to reenter the new company file code per the actual database when we send you an email. The full instructions on the reconfirmation process are in the members-only area of the website.
